Hexa Climate has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with CESC Limited for the supply of 100 MW of inter-state transmission system-connected wind-solar hybrid power. The PPA has been awarded under CESC’s tariff-based competitive bidding process for the procurement of 600 MW of wind-solar hybrid capacity.
The contracted capacity will be delivered from a project comprising 50 MW of solar and 100 MW of wind power, located in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh. The PPA has been signed at a tariff of Rs 3.75 per kWh for a tenure of 25 years.
