Bluebird Solar Private Limited has announced its entry into the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) segment with a new portfolio designed to address energy storage requirements across multiple industries.
The company’s latest expansion reflects its ambition to participate in the changing energy landscape, where reliable electricity storage is becoming increasingly important for businesses, infrastructure operators, and renewable energy developers.
Under its Bluebird Solar 2.0 vision, the company is expanding beyond solar module manufacturing to introduce energy storage products and solutions for different applications.
The newly introduced portfolio targets four major application segments.
Utility-Scale Projects: Battery storage can help large renewable energy installations manage fluctuations in electricity generation, store surplus power, and improve energy availability when required.
Commercial and Industrial Facilities: Manufacturing units, warehouses, offices, and other commercial establishments can use energy storage to manage peak electricity demand and make better use of renewable power.
Residential Installations: Battery storage can complement rooftop solar systems by storing excess daytime electricity for use during evening hours or periods of limited solar generation.
Telecom Infrastructure: Reliable backup power is essential for telecom towers and network infrastructure. Battery energy storage can support power continuity and help reduce dependence on conventional diesel-based backup arrangements.
Bluebird Solar’s BESS portfolio features a 208.99 kWh Immersion Cooling Mobile Energy Storage Vehicle and the ePower T2 Immersion Cooling Containerized Energy Storage System.
The company is focusing on modular scalability, advanced cooling systems, safety, and operational reliability to address varied energy storage requirements.
This expansion marks another important development in Bluebird Solar’s growth journey as it works towards building a wider clean energy solutions business.
