Vayona’s scope at both sites includes turbine supply, technical field support and commissioning, along with 20-year operations and maintenance (O&M) agreements. At Devikot, Vayona will additionally provide access to shared power evacuation infrastructure along with the O&M agreement and covering the project substation and EHV transmission line.

Prashant Jain, Executive Vice Chairman of Vayona Energy, said, “We are pleased to announce this new partnership with Continuum, and we thank them for placing their trust in our capabilities. As a valued partner, we remain committed to supporting their growth and ambition to lead in delivering energy to industrial consumers. Looking ahead, we will continue to explore opportunities to support our customers’ evolving needs in wind farm development, with a focus on optimizing project execution timelines.”

Pritesh Vinay, Chief Executive Officer, Vayona Energy added “Our partnership with Continuum underscores Vayona’s strong commitment to accelerating wind power development while addressing evolving customer needs. We are pleased to support Continuum’s aggressive delivery schedules and execution goals, enabling timely project realization. This collaboration further highlights the value of co-development and shared infrastructure in driving scale, efficiency, and sustainable growth in the wind energy sector.”

Arvind Bansal, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Continuum Green Energy, said “We are pleased to partner with Vayona Energy for the supply of wind turbines for our Kalavad and Devikot projects. Timely execution and strong technology partnerships are critical to delivering high-quality energy solutions at scale and we look forward to working closely with the Vayona team to successfully commission these projects and further strengthen our renewable energy portfolio.”

Amit Kansal, President, Continuum Green Energy, said “We are excited about the start of this new long-term partnership with Vayona to deploy high quality equipment and diversify our equipment base. We look forward to engaging closely with the Vayona team as they expand and add to their product portfolio of high performance turbines.”

At Kalavad, turbine deliveries were scheduled over a two-month period beginning May 2026 to support project’s accelerated commissioning schedule. For Devikot, supplies are planned from October 2026 to January 2027, with Vayona also providing access to shared power evacuation infrastructure.

The order builds on the established track record of Vayona’s 3X platform, which had secured more than 3.7 GW in orders and exceeded 2.2 GW in installations across India as of August 2026.
