New Delhi, India – Bluebird Solar has announced the appointment of Rohit Tikku as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). With over 20 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, he will lead the company’s next phase of strategic expansion under the vision of “Bluebird Solar 2.0.”

This leadership transition marks a significant milestone for Bluebird Solar as it accelerates its journey toward becoming a more integrated renewable energy company, expanding beyond module manufacturing into solar cell production, EPC services, and energy storage solutions.

Leadership Profile

Rohit Tikku brings more than two decades of rich experience across India’s renewable energy sector, having held senior leadership roles at leading organizations including Inox Solar, Vikram Solar, ReNew, Reliance Industries Limited, and Trina Solar. Prior to joining Bluebird Solar, he served as Chief Business Officer at Inox Solar, where he played a key role in driving business growth, product strategy, and manufacturing excellence.

Under the leadership of Rohit Tikku, Bluebird Solar will focus on accelerating its next phase of growth through:

  • Establishment of a 2.5 GW Solar Cell Manufacturing Facility
  • Expansion and strengthening of solar module manufacturing capabilities
  • Restart and scaling of EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) business
  • Entry into the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) segment
  • Expansion of channel partners, EPC associates, and institutional project business

This strategic roadmap positions Bluebird Solar to strengthen its role in India’s clean energy transition and meet growing domestic and international demand for high-efficiency solar solutions.
