ACME Marigold Urja Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of ACME Solar Holdings Limited, has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with NTPC Limited for a 400 MW firm and dispatchable renewable energy (FDRE) project under NTPC’s FDRE Tranche I.
The agreement has been signed at a tariff of Rs 4.37 per unit, with power supply scheduled to commence on June 30, 2028. It will remain valid for 25 years from the scheduled commencement of supply date.
