Telangana State Renewable Energy Development Corporation Ltd, State Nodal Agency for Renewable Energy Programme, Promotion of Electric Vehicle and EV Charging Infrastructure and state designated Agency for Energy Conservation activities in the state of Telangana.
As a part of the the Electric Vehicle Infrastructure promotion and implementation, Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) has mandated TSREDCO to undertake the Launch of “Go Electric campaign” in Telangana state on 27th April 2021.
With a view to promote pollution free society, Government of India launched the first “Go Electric” Campaign on 19 February 2021. Hon’ble Minister for Energy, Mr. Nitish Gadkary and Mr R K Singh Hon’ble Minister for Power.
To save revenue on fuel and overcome the depleting natural resources, Govt. of India has mandated all the states to conduct this event at State Level for the promotion of Electric Vehicles.
In compliance with the above mandate, Government of Telangana enacted EV Policy to promote sale of EVs on subsidy / incentives.
TSREDCO, State Nodal Agency of BEE in association with Engineering Staff College of India (ESCI)is launching “Go Electric Road Show & Campaign” on 27 June 2021 providing a platform to the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), EV Charging & Infra Partners, Swapping, Retrofitting and Fleet Partners to showcase and promote their products to the public.
