Online bids are invited through Domestic Competitive Bidding in Single Stage-Two Part Bidding Basis with e-Reverse Auction (e-RA) by NHPC Ltd. herein after referred to as employer/owner from eligible Bidders for “ Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Contract for development of 100MW Ground Mounted Crystalline Photovoltaic Grid Connected Solar Power Plant along with associated Power Evacuation System connected with State Transmission Utility (STU) Substation, anywhere in Tamilnadu along with comprehensive O&M for 10 years.
Any Bidder who wishes to quote for this Tender can download the Tender Document from aforesaid portal after online Bidder registration for e-tendering. However, the bid is to be submitted online only on http://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app up to last date and time of submission of tender. Sale of hard copy of tender document is not applicable. E-Reverse Auction (e-RA) shall be conducted after e-tendering. The decision of NHPC regarding adoption of e-RA shall be final.
