SHENZHEN, China — MYIR Electronics launched the MYC-JMX95X, a high-performance SMARC System-on-Module (SOM) based on the NXP i.MX95 applications processor. Built on NXP’s 16 nm FinFET process, the module integrates a hexa-core 64-bit Arm Cortex-A55 subsystem running up to 1.8 GHz, a dedicated Cortex-M7 core for deterministic real-time control, and a Cortex-M33 core for secure system management. It also incorporates a 2 TOPS eIQ Neutron NPU and an Arm Mali-G310 GPU, supporting 4K video decode and multi-display output.
With a comprehensive set of high-speed interfaces routed through a standard 314-pin SMARC 2.2 connector, the MYC-JMX95X is well-suited for industrial automation, edge AI gateways, machine vision, power systems, medical devices, and in-vehicle infotainment.
MYC-JMX95X System-On-Module
Compact, Industrial-Grade Hardware Design
The MYC-JMX95X measures only 82 mm × 50 mm, complies with the international SMARC 2.1/2.2 standard via its 314-pin expansion connector, and adopts a 12-layer PCB design for industrial-grade reliability. The module is equipped with 4 GB/8 GB LPDDR5 RAM and 32 GB/64 GB eMMC storage, plus 32 Kbit EEPROM, delivering high bandwidth and flexible, dependable storage for long-lifecycle products.
