BluPine Energy has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with Amazon for a 99 MW of wind energy project in India.
The agreement aligns with Amazon’s renewable energy goals and accelerates the adoption of renewable energy in the commercial and industrial (C&I) sector. It also marks a significant milestone in BluPine Energy’s C&I expansion, bringing its total C&I capacity to 800 MW, with a roadmap to scale to 1 GW. The project will generate approximately 360 million units of renewable electricity annually, offsetting over 250,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions.
