Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has secured an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract from NTPC Limited for 1×800 MW Darlipali supercritical thermal power project (STPP), stage-II, located in Sundargarh district, Odisha.
The order is worth Rs 66.50 billion and was awarded through international competitive bidding and includes design, engineering, supply, erection, commissioning, and civil works. The project is scheduled to be completed within 48 months from the date of award.
