Waaree Renewable Forms Wholly Owned Subsidiary to Boost Solar Business Expansion

Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary, Sunsational Power Private Limited, to expand its presence in the solar renewable energy sector.

The subsidiary was incorporated with an authorised capital of Rs 0.1 million. The company is currently awaiting its certificate of incorporation and is yet to commence commercial operations. Sunsational Power will operate exclusively within the solar renewable energy industry.
