Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited (TARIL) has secured two orders from Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) and Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO) for the manufacture and supply of transformers and reactors.
The order from DVC, valued at Rs 1 billion-Rs 5 billion, includes 500 MVA and 200 MVA auto transformers, along with related works. Deliveries are scheduled over 15 to 28 months. Meanwhile, the GETCO order, also valued at Rs 1 billion-Rs 5 billion, includes 80 MVAR and 125 MVAR shunt reactors, as well as 500 MVA auto transformers and related works. Deliveries are scheduled over 24 to 30 months.
