The Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) has announced the winners of its 1.2 GW/4.8 GWh assured peak power from interstate transmission system (ISTS) connected firm and dispatchable renewable energy (FDRE) projects with energy storage (Tranche-VII) auction. In the auction, Adyant Enersol won a capacity of 100 MW at a tariff of  Rs 6.27 per kWh. Furthermore, Serentica Renewables India, AMPIN Energy Utility Nine, and ACME Solar Holdings won 600 MW, 199 MW, and 301 MW, respectively, at a tariff of Rs 6.28 per kWh.

According to the tender guidelines, the scope of work consists of ensuring a daily supply of 4,000 kWh/MW of contracted capacity during four peak hours as selected by the buying entity. It also includes identifying the land, setting up the project, obtaining statutory approvals, and securing connectivity arrangements with the interstate transmission system or state transmission utility. The tender was floated earlier in October 2025.
