This September, the hotel will collaborate with the Singapore Consulate-General and transform into a vibrant celebration of Singapore’s culinary legacy, bringing the Lion City’s celebrated food culture straight to Mumbai.
Enhancing the experience, Chef Mohamad Shahril Jamarudin, Sous Chef at Fairmont Singapore, will fly in exclusively to curate this showcase. With his authentic expertise and contemporary flair, Chef Shahril will lead guests on a remarkable dining journey that celebrates Singapore’s timeless flavours with modern sophistication.
Guests can look forward to an exceptional line-up of iconic dishes—from Kambing Soup and Soto Ayam to Singapore Chilli Crab, Fish Head Curry, Hainanese Chicken Rice, and Sambal Stingray. No Singaporean feast is complete without its beloved desserts, with Bubur ChaCha and Bubur Pulut Hitam adding a sweet finale.
