Saatvik Green Energy Limited has received an order valued at approximately Rs 1,087.5 million for the supply of solar modules by a domestic independent power producer. The contract is scheduled to be completed by September 2026. Saatvik Green Energy will undertake the supply through its 4.8 GW module manufacturing facility in Ambala, Haryana.

In March 2026, Saatvik Green Energy incorporated its wholly-owned subsidiary, Saatvik Power Storage Solutions, in India. Through the subsidiary, the company intends to explore 20 GW of energy storage opportunities over five years. The subsidiary has been incorporated with an authorised capital of Rs 1 million, divided into 100,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
