Refex Industries Limited has incorporated Venwind Refex Projects Limited (VRPL) as a wholly owned subsidiary of Venwind Refex Power Limited, thereby making it a step-down subsidiary of the company.
VRPL has been set up with an authorised equity capital of Rs 1 million and will engage in the generation, transmission, and distribution of renewable energy. It will also undertake engineering, procurement, and construction, and operations and maintenance services across the power and energy value chain.
