Pace Digitek Limited has received a letter of intent (LoI) from BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL) for a 57.5 MW/115 MWh standalone battery energy storage system (BESS) project in Delhi.

The project entails an investment of around Rs 1.8 billion and will be developed under a 12-year build, own, operate and transfer (BOOT) model. It is scheduled to be completed within seven months. Under the long-term battery energy storage service agreement, Pace Digitek will receive a fixed capacity tariff of Rs 4.71 million per MW per year, resulting in annual contracted capacity revenue of around Rs 271 million.
