Powerpulse Trading Solutions Limited (PTSL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Energy Solutions Limited, has entered into a power purchase agreement (PPA) with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) for the supply of 2,500 MW of renewable energy round-the-clock (RTC) power. The PPAs will remain in effect for 25 years from the commencement date specified in the agreement.
The agreement follows the transfer of the underlying letter of award (LoA) from Adani Power Limited (APL) to PTSL. APL has entered into an agreement with PTSL to transfer all rights and obligations associated with the LoA originally awarded to APL by MSEDCL.
