Mobisoft Infotech Takes Student Safety Nationwide with Smart Transportation Solution Following Pilot Success

Pune : Mobisoft Infotech is set to expand its Tailored Educational Transportation Software Solution nationwide. The solution will address the fragmented and inconsistent student commute ecosystem across India. Following a successful pilot across various schools in multiple cities, the company is now rolling out full-scale deployment, positioning real-time visibility, verification, and automated responses as the backbone of safer, accountable, and compliant school transportation.

Ensuring safe and accountable student transportation remains a major challenge for schools, with limited visibility once a bus leaves the gate. Mobisoft Infotech’s student-first mobility platform addresses this by providing real-time tracking and digital verification at every stage of the commute. Vehicle locations and ETAs are shared live, while boarding and alighting are digitally recorded through RFID, QR codes, or NFC. The geo-fenced safe zones allow continuous monitoring, and one-tap SOS alerts from drivers or student devices notify school administrators, operations teams, parents, and emergency contacts immediately. In-vehicle CCTV camera integration, telematics, and SOS button integrations add an extra layer of security to student commutes.

The platform also tracks driver behaviour with speed and harsh-driving alerts, and automates parent communications via app notifications, SMS, or WhatsApp for arrivals, delays, and route updates. During the pilot phase, schools reported a 35% reduction in unscheduled delays and a 50% faster response time for emergency incidents, while maintaining full compliance and operational transparency without increasing administrative burden.
