Iberdrola España has inked a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA) with Tubos Reunidos Group. Under this agreement, Iberdrola España will supply 120 GWh of renewable energy to the production centres of Tubos Reunidos Group in Álava and Vizcaya for a period of 10 years.
The total of 120 GWh of renewable energy will be supplied over the term of the contract from approximately 10 MW of Iberdrola España’s solar photovoltaic portfolio. This will support manufacturing operations of O-Next tubes, which is Tubos Reunidos’ Net Zero seamless steel tube range.
Iberdrola España is the subholding company of the Iberdrola Group in Spain. Earlier in February 2025, Iberdrola and Amazon inked a 476 MW PPA across Spain and Portugal. Through this, the companies ’ partnership has now expanded to 5 countries in total.
