Hartek Group has commissioned an agrivoltaic solar open-access project for an IT firm in Kapurthala, Punjab. The project combines solar power generation with agricultural land use and is expected to generate over seven million units of clean electricity each year.
Furthermore, it combines renewable energy development with sustainable farming practices. The project will also aid in reducing carbon emissions and support the decarbonisation of industrial operations in the region.
Earlier in January 2026, Hartek Power secured a Rs 3.53 billion engineering, procurement, and construction contract for a large-scale solar power project integrated with a battery energy storage system in Karnataka.
Furthermore, in October 2025, Hartek Power commissioned a 300 MWac/435 MWp solar photovoltaic project. The project is spread across 1,209 acres in the state of Rajasthan and is valued at Rs 4.74 billion.
