Gentari, through its subsidiary Gentari Renewables India Castor One, has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with AM Green Ammonia India (AMG Ammonia) to supply 650 MW of round-the-clock (RTC) renewable energy. This energy will support AMG Ammonia’s upcoming green ammonia facilities. To fulfill this agreement, Gentari will establish approximately 2,400 MW of combined wind and solar energy capacity in India, integrated with 350 MW/2,100 MWh of energy storage systems to ensure a firm and dispatchable supply of green energy.

The solar project will be located at a single site, while the wind projects will span multiple locations, connected through the interstate transmission system network. These projects will be developed in Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. The energy supply arrangement complies with the Renewable Fuels of Non-Biological Origin framework, enabling AMG Ammonia to target European and other international markets.
