Dholera, Gujarat : GAP Group by announcing the launch of GAP Co-Working Space, the first dedicated co-working facility in Dholera strategically located directly opposite the Tata Semiconductor FAB within the city’s Activation Area.

Scheduled to become operational by October 2026, the facility will provide companies with immediate access to fully functional office infrastructure at a time when semiconductor manufacturers, vendors, EPC contractors, consultants and project teams are establishing operations in the region.

Its location directly opposite the Tata Semiconductor FAB is expected to significantly reduce operational lead times, improve collaboration between stakeholders, and support the growing ecosystem of vendors, contractors, consultants, training partners and support organisations expected to establish a presence in Dholera over the coming years. The facility offers businesses a strategic opportunity to establish a presence at the centre of one of the country’s most significant industrial growth stories.

Spread across 4,128.92 square metres in a G+1 structure within GAP Group’s flagship Akhilam Township, the development has been designed to address a critical infrastructure gap emerging alongside Dholera’s rapid industrial growth.

GAP Co-Working Space has been conceived as a plug-and-play environment, enabling businesses to commence operations immediately while scaling flexibly as their requirements evolve.

Commenting on the announcement, Ambrish Parajiya, Managing Director, GAP Group, said “Dholera is entering a defining phase of its growth journey. As large-scale industrial investments begin translating into on-ground operations, there is an urgent need for supporting infrastructure that enables businesses to establish themselves quickly and efficiently. GAP Co-Working Space has been conceptualised to fulfil this requirement and provide companies with a ready platform to participate in Dholera’s growth story from day one.”

“At GAP Group, our vision extends beyond creating physical infrastructure. We are committed to strengthening India economically, socially and spiritually through our endeavours. We believe true development lies not merely in buildings and investments, but in the values, opportunities and ecosystems that help shape a stronger nation. As India advances towards the aspirations of Vision India@2042, we remain committed to creating developments that contribute meaningfully to the country’s long-term progress.”  he added.

The launch further strengthens GAP Group’s position as one of Dholera’s most active and forward-looking developers, continuing a decade-long legacy of creating infrastructure that supports economic growth, attracts investment and enables sustainable urban development.
