European Energy has inked PPA with Amazon Australia to supply renewable electricity from solar parks in Australia. The agreement covers the Mokoan Solar Park and Winton North Solar Park in Victoria, as well as the Bullyard Solar Park in Queensland. The Mokoan Solar Park is already operational, while the Winton North Solar Park and Bullyard Solar Park are in the pre-construction procurement phase.
The Mokoan Solar Park has a capacity of 58 MW and has commenced supplying electricity to the grid. The Winton North solar park has a capacity of 130 MW. Furthermore, the Bullyard solar park will add 125 MW. The solar parks will together provide over 300 MW of capacity.
Earlier in March 2025, European Energy commenced construction at its Lancaster Solar Park in Australia. The solar park has a capacity of 106 MW and will be able to supply 223 GWh annually. The solar park is situated in northern Victoria. Construction of the project is expected to be completed in 2026.
