Envision Energy India has secured a 300 MW wind turbine order from UPC Renewables India for upcoming wind projects in Karnataka.
The order comprises 60 wind turbine generators, with the first 100 MW covering 20 turbines that will be scheduled for delivery early next year. The initial 100 MW project is linked to a power supply agreement with SJVN Limited and slated to commence operations in January 2027. Upon full installation at the Bijapur site, the 60 turbines are expected to generate approximately 900 million units of electricity annually.
