Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has approved the award of the second phase of its solar-powered Green Data Centre being developed in the Warsan area of Dubai.

The facility is being developed by Moro Hub, a subsidiary of Digital DEWA and represents the fourth green data centre under the Moro Hub platform. The first phase of the project is scheduled to be commissioned in the second half of 2026. The facility is spread across about 66,000 sq metres and will have a planned capacity exceeding 100 MW.
