A Historic Milestone for India’s Solar Industry

This 360 MW deployment marks the largest single microinverter deal ever executed in the Indian solar market, reinforcing KOSOL Energie’s leadership in adopting advanced, safe, and high-efficiency solar technologies at scale.

By choosing microinverter-based architecture for such a significant capacity, KOSOL Energie is driving a shift toward higher energy yield, enhanced safety, system-level monitoring, and long-term reliability—key factors for India’s rapidly expanding rooftop and decentralized solar ecosystem.

Strengthening India’s Renewable Energy Ecosystem

KOSOL Energie continues to expand its renewable footprint across India, delivering high-quality solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. This partnership builds on Hoymiles’ growing presence in India, including successful installations such as a 100 kW solar project in Guruvayur, Thrissur, Kerala.

Through this collaboration, KOSOL Energie leverages:

● Globally proven microinverter technology

● Cost-optimized system architecture

● Strong local and global after-sales support, including 24/7 technicalassistance and rapid resolution timelines.

On this signing ceremony, Mr. Kalpesh Kalthia, Chairman & Managing Director, KOSOL Energie Pvt. Ltd, said, “This 360 MW microinverter deal is a defining milestone not just for KOSOL Energie, but for India’s solar journey. By adopting advanced microinverter technology at this scale, we are reinforcing our commitment to safety, efficiency, and long-term performance. Our partnership with Hoymiles reflects our shared vision of accelerating India’s transition to a cleaner, smarter, and more resilient energy future.”

Mr. Piyush Sharma, Channel Business Director, Hoymiles India, said, “This 360 MW agreement with KOSOL Energie represents a defining moment for microinverter adoption in India. As the country’s largest microinverter deal to date, it will play a crucial role in accelerating high-quality rooftop solar deployment nationwide. He added, “KOSOL Energie’s trust in our technology reflects the industry’s growing confidence in microinverter-based systems for large-scale applications.”
