BGR Tech Limited has launched its 100 kW hydrogen purification system, aimed at enhancing electrolysis-based hydrogen purification.  The newly developed purification system delivers 99.999 per cent pure, fuel cell-grade hydrogen. Designed for high-pressure operations of up to 30 bar, it features a modular structure that allows scalability, catering to diverse industrial applications.  The purified hydrogen can be utilised for various purposes, including fuel for fuel cells and combustion engines, as well as in industrial processes such as steel annealing.

Additionally, the system is designed with a plug-and-play configuration, enabling seamless manufacturing and on-site commissioning without extensive fabrication requirements. Furthermore, recommendations were made for BGR Tech Limited to expand its portfolio beyond hydrogen purification to include other gas-based fields such as biogas, methanol, and green ammonia, ensuring future growth and technological advancement.
