Ambrane Invests ₹50 Crore in 83,000 sq. ft. Automated Haryana Facility to Scale Production

Delhi – Ambrane has commenced operations at its new 83,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Kundli, Haryana, built with an investment of 50 crore. With this expansion, the brand is set to enter new product categories within the electronics sector, including IT peripherals and small appliances, marking a significant move beyond its existing mobile accessories portfolio. The new plant increases Ambrane’s production capacity by 200%, strengthening its capability to scale and diversify.

Having sold over 40 million+ products in India, Ambrane holds the No. 1 position in power banks and is also among the leading wearable brands. Its strong nationwide network includes 10,000+ dealers across 20 states and 100+ Tier II & Tier III cities, supported by widespread availability on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Croma, and others. Over the last 13 years, the brand has built a solid pan-India presence driven by innovation, quality, and value.
With planned automation upgrades set to push output toward its full installed capacity of 15 lakh units per month. The facility’s modular, automation-ready design provides flexibility for rapid category expansion and advanced product design, supported by SMT lines, automated assembly stations, and real-time quality monitoring systems. The facility has already generated employment for 600+ workers from nearby regions, with further hiring planned across the RnD and Quality & Manufacturing departments. New skill-development programmes in Automated Manufacturing, Quality checks and process controls are also underway to prepare the workforce as production scales.

Along with boosting output of its current categories, wearables, audio, power banks, and charging accessories, Ambrane is preparing to enter new segments such as IT accessories and small appliances like air purifiers Speaking on the development, Mr. Ashok Rajpal, Founder & Director, Ambrane, said, “The launch of this facility is not just an expansion of our manufacturing capabilities, it represents a new horizon for Indian brands committed to innovating at global standards.
