Adyant Enersol Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Datta Infra, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the REC Limited to secure Rs 15 billion in financing for the development of 500 MW of renewable energy projects across India.
The projects include wind, solar, and wind-solar hybrid installations and will be located in states such as Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Andhra Pradesh. The timeline for completion is 18 to 24 months from the signing of the power purchase agreement.
