Advait Energy Transitions Limited (AETL), formerly known as Advait Infratech Limited, has signed a MoU with Haryana City Gas Distribution (Bhiwadi) Limited to establish a 2,000 metric tonnes per annum (MTPA) green hydrogen plant. As part of the agreement, AETL will supply 15 MW alkaline-based electrolysers and provide Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) solutions, including balance of plant systems.

The company will also manage the operations and maintenance of the plant for one year post-commissioning. Additionally, the collaboration also includes consultancy and advisory services to assess green hydrogen applications for industrial and commercial use, with a focus on potential developments in green ammonia production and carbon credits.
