Pune : Mobisoft Infotech is set to expand its Tailored Educational Transportation Software Solution nationwide. The solution will address the fragmented and inconsistent student commute ecosystem across India. Following a successful pilot across various schools in multiple cities, the company is now rolling out full-scale deployment, positioning real-time visibility, verification, and automated responses as the backbone of safer, accountable, and compliant school transportation.

Ensuring safe and accountable student transportation remains a major challenge for schools, with limited visibility once a bus leaves the gate. Mobisoft Infotech’s student-first mobility platform addresses this by providing real-time tracking and digital verification at every stage of the commute. Vehicle locations and ETAs are shared live, while boarding and alighting are digitally recorded through RFID, QR codes, or NFC. The geo-fenced safe zones allow continuous monitoring, and one-tap SOS alerts from drivers or student devices notify school administrators, operations teams, parents, and emergency contacts immediately. In-vehicle CCTV camera integration, telematics, and SOS button integrations add an extra layer of security to student commutes.

The platform also tracks driver behaviour with speed and harsh-driving alerts, and automates parent communications via app notifications, SMS, or WhatsApp for arrivals, delays, and route updates. During the pilot phase, schools reported a 35% reduction in unscheduled delays and a 50% faster response time for emergency incidents, while maintaining full compliance and operational transparency without increasing administrative burden.

“Seeing the platform in action across the pilot schools reinforced how technology can transform student transportation. We’re excited to take this nationwide, giving schools and parents confidence that every trip is monitored, every risk mitigated, and every child accounted for in real time,” said Nitin Lahoti, Founder and Director at Mobisoft Infotech.

With India’s student commute ecosystem still evolving, the nationwide rollout marks a significant step toward safer, smarter, and fully digitised school transportation. By combining visibility, accountability, and automation, Mobisoft Infotech aims to set a new benchmark for operational excellence, compliance, and trust in student mobility across the country.

Mobisoft Infotech has been building mobility and safety-led solutions for over a decade, supporting institutions and enterprises across India and global markets. Its transportation technology stack already powers large-scale operations in education, logistics, healthcare, and public mobility. The nationwide rollout of the student transportation platform builds on this foundation, extending the company’s commitment to safer and more efficient movement of people. This expansion strengthens its position as a trusted partner for schools seeking stronger control, operational clarity, and real-time digital oversight.
