Potentia Energy Acquires 1 GW+ Renewable Portfolio in Australia

Potentia Energy has inked a completion agreement with CVC DIF and Cbus Super to acquire controlling stakes in a renewable assets portfolio exceeding 1 GW in Australia. This includes shares in Bright Energy Investments and a joint venture with WA state government-owned Synergy. The portfolio consists of over 700 MW of operational wind and solar assets, along with more than 430 MW of late-stage developments. 

Furthermore, the agreement includes operational sites such as the BEI assets of Stage One of the Warradarge Wind Farm, the Greenough River Solar Farm, and the Albany Grasmere Wind Farm in Western Australia. It also includes the Clare Solar Farm, the Royalla Solar Farm, and the Bungala Solar Farm in Queensland, the Australian Capital Territory, and South Australia, respectively.
