Orient Green Power Company has revealed plans to raise up to Rs 2.5 billion through an equity rights issue to its existing shareholders. The company, which operates a portfolio of energy projects in regions such as Gujarat and Karnataka and is expanding internationally to Croatia. The company will issue equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each. The total amount proposed for the rights issue is not to exceed Rs 2.5 billion.
