JinkoSolar has announced that it has completed its previously announced at-the-market offering of up to US$100,000,000 of its American depositary shares (“ADS”), each representing four ordinary shares of the Company. The Company has sold 1,494,068 ADSs and received US$98.25 million after deducting commissions and offering expenses.
