WorldOne Energies has commissioned a 1.2 GW solar module manufacturing line to produce its Supreme Series n-type TOPCon monocrystalline bifacial modules. These modules range from 525 Wp to 650 Wp. The new manufacturing line is designed for high-speed and high-efficiency output.
The manufacturing line reportedly operates 33 per cent faster than typical Indian lines, thereby improving throughput and reducing lead times. Additionally, it includes India’s largest chamber laminators, which allow more modules to be laminated per cycle while maintaining stringent quality benchmarks.
The Supreme Series modules are built with 144 or 156 half-cut cells and offer efficiencies of up to 23.26 per cent. These modules are suitable for residential, commercial, and utility-scale applications. Furthermore, the company has announced plans to expand the module manufacturing capacity from 1.2 GW to 7 GW by 2027, and further to 10 GW by 2030. Additionally, it also aims to establish a 2 GW solar cell manufacturing facility, with scalability up to 5 GW.
