Waaree Energies Limited has secured an order to supply 180 MWp of solar modules. The supply of the solar modules will begin by the end of November 2024 and will be completed by March 2025.
In October 2024, Waaree Energies launched their initial public offering (IPO). The total number of offered equity shares was 4.8 million at a total value of Rs 36 billion. The shares had a face value of Rs 10 and the price band was fixed at Rs 1,427- Rs 1,503 per equity share. The bids could be made for a minimum of nine equity shares and in multiples of nine equity shares thereafter.
In August 2024, Waaree Energies bagged a 90 MW order from Juniper Green Cosmic Private Limited to supply 540/545Wp dual glass bifacial modules for their solar project in Bikaner, Rajasthan. In July 2024, Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited received a repeat engineering, procurement and construction order from ISMT Limited for ground-mounted solar power project of 30 MWp DC capacity to be developed in Helas village of Jalna district in Maharashtra.
