Sunsure Energy signs solar PPA with KSB Limited

To supply one crore units of green power

Sunsure Energy, one of India’s leading renewable energy producers, has signed Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) with Pune headquartered, KSB Limited, one of the leading pumps and valves manufacturers in India to supply nearly one crore units of green power annually for the next 25 years. Sunsure will set up this captive renewable energy project with KSB Limited as the sole user of power. This green power commitment will be fulfilled through the open access supply of power to KSB Limited’s multiple facilities in Maharashtra. It will enable KSB Limited to source clean power to offset 221 million kgs of CO2 over the next 25 years which is equivalent to planting 3.5 lakh trees.

The agreement will support to achieve our sustainability goals by offsetting a major chunk of our overall CO2 emissions and thus demonstrates our commitment to ensuring a cleaner and healthier future.”
