Stella Moto backed by Jaidka group introduced electric scooter BUZZ

Stella Moto, backed by the Jaidka Group has introduced its first electric scooter – BUZZ. Stella becomes the industry’s first to launch an RTO-approved electric scooter with ‘leading battery safety standards’. Starting at Rs. 95,000/- ex-showroom, the electric scooter is launched in 4 colours – Grey, Matt Blue, Red & Brown. The scooter comes with 3 years warranty.

The BUZZ electric scooter offers a future-led design with high-end functionalities and technology. It sports a Snazzy headlight & a uniquely designed backlight, and stylish alloy-rimmed wheels.

Addressing the primary safety concern of the industry, BUZZ integrates A-Grade Lithium Iron–Phosphate (LFP) battery technology, specially designed for Indian climatic conditions. The battery contains 4 temperature sensors which monitor the temperature at various positions of the battery pack and cuts-off the power at high temperatures. Further, the 2.16 kWh battery pack comes with a micro-processor-based Smart BMS, which helps monitor and maintain the efficiency of the battery pack and helps customers track the accurate state of the battery.

The electric scooter has a range of more than 90+ kilometres on a single charge. It comes with a high-efficiency 2KW BLDC motor that offers a top speed of 55 km/h.

Designed with tubeless Tyres & Disc brake, the electric scooter ensures 180 mm ground clearance for stress-free rides on bumpy roads. The electric scooter BUZZ also offers several additional features, such as Cruise Control, a Digital speedometer, Central Locking, USB Charging for mobile, central locking & an anti-theft system.

Speaking on the announcement, Mr. Nakul Jaidka – CEO & Founder, Stella Moto said, “We are proud to introduce the scooter to the market finally. We launched the scooter at an affordable price point to make it accessible to a wide range of customers. The scooters will be available in Stella showrooms across the country beginning in December, with deliveries beginning this month as well.”

The electric scooter has ample boot space & a footboard area, a dual rest, and a 150 kg loading capacity, making it suitable for any last-mile delivery application.
