Roofsol Energy Private Limited has secured funding of Rs 2.6 billion from Aseem Infrastructure Finance. Furthermore, the funding will support the development of solar installations for JK Tyre & Industries Limited. Additionally, it will fund a project for an unnamed global electronics manufacturing company, as well as 100 MWp of additional commercial & industrial solar independent power producer capacity.

In June 2026, Roofsol Energy Private Limited commissioned a 3.5 MWp rooftop solar project for Apache Footwear India Private Limited at its manufacturing facility in Andhra Pradesh under the operations expenditure model. The installation is expected to offset approximately 4,200 metric tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions annually.
