RDB Infrastructure and Power Limited has inked a MoU with NRG Renewable Resources Private Limited to develop a 51 MWac solar project. To be situated in Maharashtra, the projectis valued at Rs 2.77 billion. Furthermore, it will be executed across six locations. The work on the project is expected to commence within seven days of receiving the advance payment. Additionally, the contract is fully domestic and doesn’t involve any related-party transactions.
