Q ENERGY has sold a 33 MW whinfield solar PV farm to AlphaReal. The farm is located near Darlington in Northeast England. Currently, the solar farm is under construction. The project will be equipped with close to 60,000 ground-mounted solar modules.
Once operational, it is expected to generate enough clean energy to meet the energy needs of over 8,700 homes in the UK. Additionally, it will also reduce approximately 8,000 tonnes of carbon emissions every year.
