Pace Digitek Limited has signed an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract with NLC India Limited for the development of 250 MW/500 MWh standalone battery energy storage system (BESS) projects across three locations in Tamil Nadu. The contract also includes operations and maintenance services for a period of 12 years.
In June 2026, Pace Digitek announced the signing of a power purchase agreement between TRANSGREENX, the asset-holding arm of Pace Group, and Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited for the development of a 250 MW solar project integrated with a 250 MW/1,100 MWh BESS at Pavagada solar park in Karnataka.
In May 2026, Pace Digitek secured a contract worth Rs 7.10 billion from NLC India Renewables Limited for the development of a 250 MW/500 MWh BESS in Tamil Nadu. The project will be implemented across the Ottapidaram, Annupankulam, and Kayathar substations in the state.
