KPI Green Energy Limited’s wholly owned subsidiary Sun Drops Energia has secured new orders for 36.87 MW of captive solar power projects. These projects have been awarded under the company’s captive power producer segment.
The projects are scheduled to be completed in various tranches during the financial year 2025–26. Additionally, some of these projects are reportedly aligned with the Distributed Renewable Energy Bilateral Purchase Policy outlined in the Gujarat Renewable Energy Policy 2023 and GERC Tariff Orders No. 5 and 6 of 2024.
In February 2025, KPI Green Energy Limited signed a MoU with the Government of Madhya Pradesh to develop 1.8 GW of renewable energy projects across the state.
