Jupiter International Limited has inked a MoU with the Maharashtra government to establish a vertically integrated solar manufacturing facility at Butibori, Nagpur. The project entails an investment of around Rs 109 billion covering the complete value chain, including solar wafer manufacturing, new technology solar cell production, and solar module manufacturing.
Earlier in April 2025, Jupiter International secured an investment of Rs 5 billion from ValueQuest SCALE Fund and its affiliates to support the company’s expansion in solar manufacturing.
Furthermore, in January 2025, the company signed a MoU with the Government of Odisha to establish a photovoltaic solar cell and module manufacturing unit in Khordha.
