Jupiter International Limited has received a Letter of Empanelment (LoE) from the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL). The empanelment covers the supply of 5,000 solar-powered agricultural pumps under the state’s solar irrigation programme. The order is valued at Rs 1.08 billion.
In January 2026, Jupiter International received a LoE worth Rs 649.5 million from MSEDCL for the supply of off-grid solar pumps. The scope of work includes the manufacture, supply, installation, testing, and long-term maintenance of offgrid solar photovoltaic water pumping systems.
In June 2026, Jupiter International Limited commenced commercial production of 1.25 GW of tunnel oxide passivated contact solar cells with the inauguration of its Unit IV at the company’s manufacturing campus in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.
