Commenting on the company’s performance, Mr. Arvind Nanda, Managing Director, Interarch Building Solutions Ltd., said, “We commenced FY27 on a positive note, delivering a resilient performance in the first quarter despite a dynamic operating environment. Revenue from Operations grew 20.7% YoY to Rs. 459.6 crore in Q1 FY27, while EBITDA increased by 24.6% YoY to Rs. 39.4 crore, reflecting our continued focus on operational excellence and disciplined execution. Although near-term challenges arising from external market conditions may persist, we remain confident in our long-term growth trajectory, supported by robust industry fundamentals, expanding capacities and sustained customer demand.

The long-term outlook for the pre-engineered buildings (PEB) industry remains highly encouraging, driven by increasing investments in manufacturing, industrial infrastructure, warehousing, data centers and commercial real estate. Supported by rising private sector capital expenditure and continued government focus on infrastructure development, we see significant medium- to long-term opportunities across our business.

Our order book remains healthy at Rs. 1,864 crore, providing strong revenue visibility. During the quarter, we secured a major order worth Rs. 165 crore in Gujarat, further reinforcing our market position. We continue to maintain a disciplined approach to order selection, prioritizing projects that align with our execution capabilities, strategic objectives and profitability thresholds.

As part of our growth strategy, we successfully commissioned Phase 1 of our new PEB manufacturing facility at Kheda, Gujarat in July-26, and remain on track to complete Phase 2 by Q2 FY27. In addition, Phase 1 of our Heavy Steel Structures facility is progressing as planned and is expected to be commissioned by Q2 FY27. These capacity additions will strengthen our manufacturing capabilities, enhance execution efficiency and enable us to address larger and more complex industrial projects.

Backed by our integrated business model, proven execution capabilities and expanding manufacturing footprint, we are well positioned to capitalize on the growing opportunities in the building solutions market. We remain committed to disciplined execution, prudent capital allocation and continuous operational improvement, while delivering sustainable, profitable growth and creating long-term value for all our stakeholders.”
