Insolation Energy has received a letter of award from Rajasthan Renewable Energy Corporation Limited for rooftop solar installations on government buildings and state-owned entities in Rajasthan. The company will be responsible for the design, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of the rooftop solar plants, along with comprehensive operation and maintenance for 25 years. These projects, to be developed under the hybrid annuity mode, will be implemented across Jaipur, Dausa, and Churu districts. The total contract value for these rooftop solar projects amounts to Rs 3.40 billion.
Additionally, Insolation Energy has secured an order from Teerth Gopicon for the supply of 46,297 monocrystalline solar PV modules. The total value of this module supply order is Rs 320 million. With these contracts, the company’s revenue from both orders will amount to Rs 3.72 billion.
In December 2024, Insolation Energy Limited received 45 acres from the Madhya Pradesh government to develop a solar manufacturing facility in Narmadapuram, featuring a 3 GW solar cell, 4 GW solar module, and 24,000 metric tonne aluminium frame production capacity, to be implemented in two phases with an investment of Rs 18 billion.
