HFE Commissions 29 MWp Open-Access Solar Project in Karnataka

Hero Future Energies (HFE) has commissioned a 29 MWp open-access solar project in Chitradurga, Karnataka.

The project, developed to meet the power requirements of the commercial and industrial sector, will generate approximately 33 million units of clean energy annually. The power generated from the plant will be supplied to leading corporates in the region, including BASF India Limited, KEMS Forging Limited, VRKP Sponge and power plant, and Aurigene Oncology Limited, through pre-signed power purchase agreements.
