Greenzo Energy India Limited has secured an order from Jindal Stainless Limited (JSL) to set up an advanced electrolyser-based green hydrogen plant. The plant will be situated at the Kalinga Nagar Industrial Complex of JSL in Jajpur, Odisha.
The scope of work includes supply, erection, installation, and commissioning of the plant. The plant will have a designed capacity of 472,409 kg per year and is scheduled for delivery within six months of contract signing, with commissioning. Furthermore, it will generate approximately 0.47 kilotonnes per annum (KTPA) of green hydrogen initially, which can be scaled up to 1.5 KTPA. Moreover, the produced hydrogen will be utilised by JSL in the production process of critical stainless steel, namely the Bright Annealing Line and Bell Furnace.
Earlier in August 2025, Greenzo Energy India Limited secured a research and development (R&D) order from Engineers India Limited. The order is for the delivery of a hydrogen electrolyser modular unit at the R&D complex of EIL in Gurugram.
